I would have thought that they would be handy for route planning as they would not need to be taken off while driving and the driver could keep contact on the road at all times. I suspect that it will be the other features that will distract drivers.

It'll be great - you'll instantly be able to spot people that need punching.

Only downside is that they can record you punching them. Though do they come with jackets with "Twat" across the back?

I still do not see the major benefits of Google Glass except as for handsfree recording or information retrieval. For someone who is paralysed it could be useful. Though for me I cannot see a use. Once it is out maybe I will see new benefits.
