its a public service not yet some sh!t house private company that will screw you every which way that it can

maybe the so called senior management should stop milking this public service by collecting massive bonuses while deliberately leading it into failure ...

Also the losses of £37 Million are minimal when you consider that the government will lose that daily on their QE unwinding.
