This story made me LMAO!

IMO if you're stupid enough to risk it then you deserve to lose your money.

Does that make me a heartless w*nker? Probably.

Does it make me wrong? I don't think so.

completely agree.

tbh i'd hang on to it - it'd probably be worth a few bob to some anorak in years to come.

Ouch >.<

That's pretty sick man...

Though surely I can't be the only person that thinks this might be the most enormous publicity stunt in the WORLD and come the first gig he'll miraculously appear on stage to Thriller...?

I've never understood ticket touts, or the people who buy from them.

I find concerts are expensive enough, but I'll buy tickets if I can get them, if I can't... Meh.

I feel sorry for the ones who bout from touts, but it serves the money grubbing touts right!

Well I suppose it would be appropriate. Although I have to say I'll be amazed if the gigs actually go ahead for there to be a stage for him to show up on, if you know what I mean. If the promoter comes out and says something like 'No no, we're going to stage the gigs anyway as, you know, a tribute' then you know something fishy is going on  .

However I wouldn't want to be the LA coroner if it turns out to be true. How much would you need to be paid to flush your career down the toilet?

I've always been of the opinion that if you buy from touts you're asking for trouble, be it for gigs or sporting events.

Considering he had an alleged $100,000 debt at one chemist, for prescription drugs, I wouldn't think the coroner would get much in the way of a bribe!

Same here, if I can't get a ticket it's too bad.

A guy at work told me that he and his pals paid nearly three times the going rate for tickets to the Download festival! They could have a a cheap lads holiday in Ibiza, and probably enjoyed themselves just as much.
