I dont know all "those" Hi Res Images and "video's" take a bit of processing power Actually just converted a couple of Doc's from Word into pdf - old PC would take about 3-4 mins to do it, new one instantly ..... although down side is I would go and make a cup of tea while waiting and now can just get on and work
