I don't get that. It's cheap to buy and run. It's very very sturdy and ideal for the kind of conflicts America gets itself into these days.
Whenever they attack a new country they spend a day or two taking out radar and aircraft, then weeks taking out tanks, ground troops etc. The A10 is ideal for the latter role.

Some of the airframes are getting old but I agree they do still have some life left in them. It is also a very unique aircraft and there is nothing else that is quite like it.

You *can* use your phone's 3G connection to play Half Life 2 Death Match, and still finish in the top 5 on a busy server.
But I wouldn't recommend it.

Katie Price has a child named Jett Riviera, named after a plane apparently. Can't say my life has been dramatically enhanced with this new-found knowledge, though :-(
