Apparently I no longer get overtime pay if I do more than 45 twelve hours shift a calander quarter.

Nope. I should clarify. I wouldn't be doing them for free. I'd jsut be doing it a x1 day rate rather than 1.5x day rate.

It is effectively a cap on your earnings. Not particularly fair really.

It bugs me because I'm doing the same twelve our shifts, staying away from home as I did offshore. Why then should I not get overtime for teh same conditions?
