Does anyone actually believe the figures? We have utilities and rail fares going up by a lot more than 2.2%.

I looked at my personal rate and it was close to average though I do not spend a lot on food or fuel which is what hits most people. It probably helps in that I keep my bills under control as much as possible, and really only buy food that is in season.

I assume you never believe stats, that's why you always make up your own numbers isn't it?
