http://motherboard.vice.com/blog/soylent-no-food-for-30-daysPersonally, I can't imagine giving up getting together with friends for a good meal. But, could I do it for a day or two if I was busy? Sure, I think so.

I read today that there are some vegans (admittedly at the more extreme end) who won`t drink tap water because the processes it goes through were initially developed using products derived from animals.
I presume they also don`t wash/bathe/shower very often. Lovely.

I occasionally have fasting days but no, food is the highlight of my day, so I could not give it up.

Went I tried the recommended low sugar diet I'm meant to be on it was horrible. Worse is having nothing to eat cheese with lol. So no, except if it's for a very good reason.

I probably could.
I don't much like cooking (I can always spend the time doing something I consider more productive), and I enjoy the social aspect of meals in company more than the actual meal itself. Since I mostly eat alone anything that frees up time normally spent cooking and eating by myself has to be a bonus.
