Evening all.

Back at work. Still, only 4 weeks until I'm off for Christmas. Doesn't seem that far away.

Evening all.

It's amazing how seriously a broken down bus can mess up a city centre when it fails at a major roundabout. Grr, a journey that should have taken about 10 minutes took me 35.

Morning all,

One of the newbies managed to trigger the fire alarm with the toaster whilst making her breakfast, the look of embarrassed panic was priceless.

Then I had some tool ring up, immediately assume that we island apes don't know anything and try to educate me on the industry I've spent almost twenty years in. I'm rather enjoying this passive-aggressive polite condescension thing - it made him look like a c0ck and made me feel all smug and warm.

Morning World. Two days off and a lovely long weekend, getting my hair cut and nails done today and tomorrow going to visit JJ. Otherwise no plans and a lazy weekend to look forward to. I love the beginnings of these lazy times, it seems like up until the wedding, life was a hectic rush from one thing to another so it's extra nice to have some time to kick back and relax. 8-)
