Plastic surgery app game aimed at children taken down


	Quote: Apple and Google have removed games from their app stores in which users performed cosmetic surgery. Plastic Surgery for Barbie is no longer available on the App Store and Google Play has taken down its version, known only as Plastic Surgery. There is so much wrong with an app like that. It enhances the impression that even young girls can be "fixed" with some surgery. It cannot help when people already have an unrepresentative impression of themselves.

I read a mum accounts that her young daughter said "my Barbie is quite fat , compared to my other dolls"
