Yup. Should have stated. Printer is in Belfast and that's where my memory was triggered from. I could recall seeing Belfast from somewhere. B&S label printing IIRC. I have their business card on my desk at home!

It makes you wonder how much being with Selena Gomez actually kept him on the straight and narrow?

So you're a stupidly wealthy teenager who's constantly surrounded by people who's job is to keep reality at bay.
Anyone surprised at this 'story'?

Yes but some do seem to manage it so much better than others.

He's the next Michael Jackson.

No musically of course. That little turd's singing is nothing by comparison.
But a mad youth with too much money and power over his lackys/yes men is driving him doolally.

Yes but has Miley been arrested yet? Or have her own parking space at the court like Lindsay?

Lol at stethoscope dying. In my career to date, the most important bit of equipment has been a pen! If I put mine down anywhere, it was guaranteed to go missing. If I lent to someone I'd never get it back. I needed it for writing on obs charts, drug and fluid charts and in patient notes. Even in GP, where most stuff is done on a computer, I still need a pen to sign prescriptions, blood/pathology forms, imaging forms, write patient appointments, to draw diagrams to help explain things etc.

Would love to see an image of an ultrasound device or see how they work. Heart sounds I can see them working, and I guess carotid and thyroid bruits. But what about breath sounds (or lack of?), abdominal sounds? And that really useful of all, an impromptu reflex hammer?
