There must be limits on how often you can use the service in a given year and hidden costs, even at £24k a year. Those Russian billionaires would have you on speed dial ffs.

I doubt it, there are probably additional fees on top. Also if you are rich enough to fund £24 000 a year fees you are not going to worry about additional fees.

I don't know, 2K a month per customer to have somebody do a bit of googling? Of course, they are paying for your knowledge to find the right people, especially if we are talking about exclusive restaurants etc.
