The governement tell us immigration is good. Does that mean the report shows that it isn't good?
Or is the goverment so right wing they want it to show that imigration is bad and it doesn't?

My assumption is it shows the the government are a bunch of clueless idiots, which is why they want it kicked into the long grass. However, I must add the caveat that I always think the government are a bunch of clueless idiots, with very few exceptions.
