Not being a viewer of the program I have no idea who she is but I still think that they are keeping her as a back up. They could be paying Rachel a lot less than Susanna so could be making savings that way.

Not for the hours and travel with no guarantee of getting 'your money's worth'. I seriously doubt they'll hire a 'celeb'.

If the BBC think that Susanna Reid might get viewers to switch to ITV then a celeb might have a better chance of halting any defections. Getting viewers to switch is probably the reason that ITV recruited her.

Oh for pity's sake. It's the Mail Online, it's just made up [LIFTED]. The place feels no requirement that anything it posts is actually true.

They'd both be idiots. ITV has tried this many times before with Emma Crosby, Christine Bleakley, Lorraine Kelly... the show's the problem, not the presenter. The Beeb doesn't even have a problem!

I think that you might be right. I never watched ITV in the morning.

Storyville, 'Mad Dog', iPlayer - Amazing documentary on Gaddafi. He's not the only one who comes out of it looking bad either...

I was thinking about re-watching Xena : Warrior Princess, but I think I might re-watch Farscape instead. Having said that, Person of Interest S3, Supernatural S9, The Walking Dead S4, True Blood S7 and Once Upon a Time S3 will all be finishing at some point soon. So much TV to watch.
Mark
EDIT - Actually, True Blood S7 has only just started so it'll be a few months before that finishes.

I wasn't sure as I thought the film had gone into development hell, but I read this in the article

Interesting. I was just reading about this and it seems it's a shortened new season of the TV show. Only 12eps and not the usual 24. So what happened to the film that was supposed to be happening? Mark

We posted at the same time. (8+D Yeah, I thought the film was still very much alive, but I just read about it being a 12ep season of the show too. Mark
