The idea of free rental for a short period is actually a very good idea. It will allow people to try out a game throughly before committing to buying. Though if the game play is limited then it might mean that they never covert those rentals to actual purchase. Though if they never experience the full range of the game but are limited in time to how much they can explore then they might actually buy the game.

I like a bit of stereo vision malarkey. Not sure how long I’d to mach that though.

Or you could get a move on like any sensible company would.

Pinch of salt I think. It's actually the list for the USA (there are a couple of games there 'coming soon' that are actually out in the EU already but not in the US) so the EU schedule may be different anyway and, well, games slip all the time...

EU PS Plus update: PES 2014 and Mercenary Kings free to subscribers
Hotline Miami, Sly Cooper and MotoGP also join the Instant Game Collection

http://www.computerandvideogames.com/45 ... bscribers/

Surprised to see PES on there. Sly Cooper is stupidly overrated.

I'll give the Blackgate trial a go, though I'm not expecting much.

PSN maintenance reportedly scheduled for Easter Monday

http://www.computerandvideogames.com/45 ... er-monday/

Wouldn't surprise me, they're stupid enough.

What winds me up is all this maintenance rarely fixes ANYTHING for the majority of users. Their forums are flooded with people getting continually logged out, unable to access the store for a myriad of reasons, corrupted downloads... You're charging money for this BS now Sony, get it fcuking sorted while you're stealing a march on your rival retards.

Ubisoft sale

If there was a demo of the last Splinter Cell game and it was good, I'd consider it.
