People are banging on about how it is disrespectful of of the work that the people in the expanded universe created. What a steaming pile of horse manure that is. That work will still exist. All that has happened is that they aren't going to include it in the live action film mythology, it can still be used in the animated films, because as far as I'm aware that hasn't been included in this jettison. I am very much interested* so long as any references to the abysmal prequels are minimised  * I've never been the biggest SW fan, but the originals are enjoyable and a ridiculously strong foundation for a director like JJ at his best (I don't know what happened with ST: Into Darkness). _________________Plain English advice on everything money, purchase and service related:
