I am looking for a new computer build but I was thinking of going for a new screen first - so I can use it first etc

can I have some feed back on this on: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Widescr ... 728&sr=1-1

I already got the samsung 22" and it wonderful but it can not do HD my next computer build has to do blueray etc

Samsung seem to get a lot of good press, and if you are happy with the 22"... I have an LG 24" and that is excellent, certainly much better than the 24" panel in my 24" iMac (2006 model).

Very nice, one of my mates has the 24" of this monitor and his only gripe is that it doesn't go into standby if there is no video input. It just sits there scanning. But that would only be a problem for noobs, just an annoyance.

Personally I'm a Dell monitor fan but I've never heard anything negative about Samsung monitors.
