If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

I was feeling so proud of myself, for having managed not to reply to Dave's post.

I'm so glad it's not just me who has self-control issues :p

Ive read them all before. I’m well into Dune at the moment, and coming to a point where I’ve been asking myself whether I should go on the extended journey this time.

I've read them in English and German and I have the German audio books.

Not really, but it was just before 5am and I was somewhat late for work...

The Wench was more pissed off if anything, as she got woken around 5:30am by the police knocking on the door wondering if the car had been stolen, which also meant Charlie woke up. Needless to say since I've gotten home I've been on children duty to try and make up! Would have been a very different story if the policeman had decided to make something of it, and suffice to say I'm aware just how lucky I've been.

That Intel's Broadwell chip will start appearing in machines just before Xmas; it's been heavily delayed. I want it in an 'Ultrabook' for ultimate lightweight efficiency :D

Yes, even to places like offices that aren't ever open on a Sunday. Even if they said they were going to deliver it on Tuesday.

Aren't Royal Mail doing that (or are about to) too now?
