Day off as I'm going to a conference in Cardiff this weekend. Nice day too although the prospect of being cooped up on various trains in what's apparently the hottest day of the year so far doesn't sound like much fun. Fingers crossed the air con is working.

Morning all
Putting off going to work until I really have to, as I'm stuck in a suit all day. The only suit I own happens to be wool.
And it's 23°C down here today.
And I'm rushing around photographing a VIP opening one of our buildings, all day.
Spare a thought! Still, it beats sitting with the one student who'll turn up to my class today, and he's been told what's going on and frankly he's got enough to be getting on with so yay for that.
Also yay for being right near the pub a few of us are meeting for a post work drink at about 3pm. Winning.
