I can't help thinking that if he's got £180m at the moment and 100 staff on the go, he's not blasting through his cash. Mind you, allegedly he needs the staff to be loyal...

Anyway, do you take the maybe more traditional view of 'get a job and sort your own life out', or think he's just being a dick? I mean he could still leave the kids a fortune and give the rest away or whatever come the time (the youngest would likely be at least 38!) :?

Yeah, but what do you think you'd do in that situation?

IMO they're all adults now and will be even older then - why not help them out?

Well yeah, I can see the argument of a father leaving his children something from what is a rather large sum of assets.
If it was me I think I'd rather leave them physical items behind ... buy them all somewhere to live or something like that rather than leaving money to be spent.
