maybe, but I think its possibly my workplace thats possibly caused it but its just out of the blue this happaning, due to the amount of bad nasty people and selfish scum at my work its possibly no wonder, I had a foreign hungarian **** (who actually looks like a walking penis due to his shaved hair and odd head shape.) having a go at me for dumping dirty soapy water on the ground wheres theres 2 drains that wash that stuff away anyway, so petty, but working at that [LIFTED] has somewhat made me stronger but other days not so much,

Bloody do-gooders! I listened to the show for years and, while I found that the Samantha jokes, whilst sexist, were funny. I suppose female comedians never make fun of men or make risque remarks about them?

Over here they most certainly do, on the other hand the male comedians make fun of the women - Atze Schröder has a long running Sitcom where he plays a stuck-in-the-80s male misogamist, perm haired, big sunglasses wearing macho with a dumb blond for a girlfriend.

Unless there was a valid reason for being late (eg traffic, accident etc), I would be frustrated about the doctor arriving late. Our surgery opens at 0830. I am routinely there around 0800 onwards. In the past, I used to go via the motorway which would sometimes lead to delays. If the doctor does it routinely, why can't they start later? If it's in hospital, it's more likely to be down to hospital stuff eg patients that can mean delays. I once had to attend to a poorly patient which meant I was late going to the clinic to see patients and hence started a little later.

I heard someone say 'doctor training'. It's not a problem, I just really hate waiting rooms!

Just had a phone call from one of those insurance companies who insist on trying to sell me a policy.

He asked if either myself or my wife already have a policy.

"No I haven't" I say.

"Oh!" he exclaims "Is that because you've never got around to it?"

"No" I reply "It's because I don't need one, as I'm planning on living forever."

"Oh... OK... well, thanks for your time. Enjoy the rest of your day"

That's one way to get rid of them, I guess.

Usual call when they come on the house phone

Quote:
Can I speak to Mr Smith please?
(it's usually some generic name without a forename to try and get people to identify themselves)

Well this is a bit awkward... he's dead

99% of the time the phone just cuts out straight after
