Wasn't there a "glamour model" who was suing GTA for her likeness too (to the point there was a photo showing the same clothing and pose)? I forget her name but she's someone I would have put in the Celebs thread.

That graphic image is 'generic blonde', let's be honest. Vaguely like any number of actresses. Even if Rockstar have been taking the mickey out of Lohan, parody/satire counts as 'fair use' under US law, so there's no case. The only way she could win is if she could show in court that a significant number of people bought GTAV because there was a character who was a lot like her in it. Given the character featured in exactly none of the publicity & marketing for the game, good luck with that one.

It wouldn't surprise me if she was a composite, or if she had features that would easily match any number of women. I reckon anyone can draw someone "realistically" and it would resemble at least human on this planet.
