IDS is one of those prime examples of the Tory leadership handing a nuclear weapon to Labour with "please use this on is", and Milliband failing to deploy it. There's, sadly, a real failure in the Labour ranks to use any of these free gifts effectively. Can't organise a piss-up in a brewery where everything is free, etc..
