I've been going to the radio 2 bookclub for ideas and I think I got the one I'm reading now from there. Very unusual subject matter - that's all I'm saying

To Kill A Mockingbird. Free on Amazon Kindle. Haven't read this for over 18 years I reckon.

Kindle Unlimited looks a lot like Netflix subscription for ebooks http://www.techradar.com/news/internet/ ... ks-1257615I struggle to even finish the monthly Prime book sometimes, though that's often because so many books get bloody dull a few chapters in...

I'm now nearly haflway through this book and I recommend it to anyone. Told through the eyes of four people it's a great story and I can't wait to read the rest of it. Thanks for mentioning that. I downloaded it. May give it a go after this book.

I'm seeing that many good, small thrillers and books on pop culture in Kindle's lending library that I might have to take them up on on their upcoming subscription service - the one book a month isn't cutting it with the above

The new Jack Reacher novel by Lee Child is out at the end of August. It's called Personal.

Only one more to go - well, from the "proper" Dune books. I really liked Heretics, Chapter House rounded some things out nicely, but gets a little vulgar - I think you can see the changing attitudes of society as the books progress. I'm currently in the middle of the Commonwealth Saga (in German) from Peter F Hamilton. I've listened to the first two books, downloaded the third this week, although I'm in the middle of "The Fellowship of the Ring", again.

I really like his books and style of writing - If I was on Desert Island Disks I would have his complete works as my book
