I'd go out on a limb here, and say that it seems that it's pretty much Radio One and people who had connections with it. There's certainly a crossover with kids TV, but it seems that the nexus is the radio station.

That's the youth radio station. It's where the paedos would have gravitated if they couldn't get a job at their local all boys prep school. It's the same reason you don't get a lot of paedo bingo callers or cruise ship captains. Not exactly fertile hunting ground.
