It beggars belief.
Even if you are pro gun, how can you justify giving an Uzi to a nine year old and teaching children of five years old and up how to use guns?
As someone pointed out on my Facebook page, this was a Darwin Award waiting to happen.

The "right to bear arms" bit was written when it took 2 minutes to reload between shots. The founding fathers clearly didn't envisage weapons capable of emptying a magazine of high calibre rounds in under a minute.
