I used to get horrible pain due to wisdom teeth growing and moving everything around and I found that chewing on really tough sweets like jelly babies helps.

Rinsing your mouth with vitamin c (dissolved in water) can help with the anti-inflammatory bit, as can dispersible aspirin.

Just got an email from my boss with the enrollments rota for this week. It says I'm in on Friday. I say I'm on holiday. Who do you think is going to win this one? Did the ice bucket thingy earlier. Strangely, it did actually help my back for a short while. The pain is back now though, if you'll pardon the pun.
