Who says they all have to be invited? The only rules are your own.

Well it's the people I actually like and see at every Xmas and family reunion. I'm not even starting with the ones I don't talk to :S

Would it be bad to invite my cousin but not his girlfriend and her 3 chavvy kids?

No kids under 16 works for me (obvious exceptions for immediate family). That reduces the number on my side considerably :)

It's perfectly acceptable not to invite them.

Useless Sony cnuts! Continually signed out of PSN which means I can't watch any of my streaming services. And I'd really like to distract myself right now since Captain Spastic is right outside my window with a powerhose at a quarter to eight at night :x :x

Bought Starcraft II at the weekend. Haven't been able to sign into Battle.net to actually download it of course. Getting a little irritated.

Anyone who thinks online media will be the final word hasn't had much experience.

If I ever get to actually sign in to battle.net and download the software, that'd be great.
Until then, I'm about £20 out of pocket and wasting the time I should be planning lessons on jumping through Blizzard's hoops to demonstrate that for whatever reason, as far as my connection is concerned, their hosts are down.

Bizzare.
Running a ping test from Terminal gives me "trace route: sendto: Host is down" and in the text file generated, ""*traceroute: wrote 195.12.232.70 52 chars, ret=-1" and "*traceroute: wrote 195.12.232.102 52 chars, ret=-1"
I've restarted everything, dropped firewalls, dumped DNS caches. Nothing.
Even build an install disc on an SD card to check and verify disk permissions.

Talk Talk here, sadly.
Blizzard support tech #3 has failed to notice that I'm on OS X as I mentioned in the previous comment on the ticket, and is asking for DxDiag and MSInfo stuff.

And our home internet is off once again. If it's not some careless git with a jackhammer it's Vermin Media themselves
