A Chromecast. I'm very impressed - no need for a separate home cinema/media server PC - I can stream my movies directly from my PC or tablet (or phone). It ain't just for youtube.

That does look nice. Since selling up my film gear a few years ago I'm craving it again. I did give my sister a Pentax P30 with 28-80 as she started to get interested in Photography. I'm pretty sure she's never used it though and I'd be surprised if she still has it.

Ordered an LG G3. I'm hoping it fits into the category of best thing I've bought recently and not worst. I guess I'll find out on Monday.

Private Eye is back on form when it comes to the humour I'm happy to say.

£6's worth of scratch cards I bought recently were duds though

Sonos wireless home cinema / sound solution. Sending him indoors out to buy 2 more speakers.
The Playbar truly is amazing. Don't think my neighbours like it though :D :D

Sniff Petrol is a motoring satire website and pretty funny if you're into that sort of thing. The Twitter account is obviously run by the same people/person as the site (Richard Porter).

You've lost me with the 'care' comment. My mentioning it is with regards to seeing both yourself AND they both speaking of Sonos products today.

Oh.

& I meant do I care what he says not you.

Yeah Sonos themselves have been picking up my tweets and one of my photos was picked up by a London Places twitter account today. Chuffed :D

Atmos is the successor to Dolby Digital 7.1 for home cinema setups.

Not heard of them but then I didn't know Sonos until the weekend either. I sent my man out to get them so I don't have to do the research or leg work :D
