Came across a Cheap Laptop with no OS... thoughts?

Came across this on ebuyer - Extra Value Laptop, Intel Dual Core T3000 1.8GHz, 4GB RAM, 250GB SATA HDD, DVDRW, 15.4" WebCam, NO OSNot bad if you have an OS kicking about or want to try the W7 Beta or another form of cheap/free OS. What do you all think?

That doesn't look too bad, I would like a slightly faster CPU, maybe touching the 2Ghz mark, but still, for the price, you can't complain too much!

A lot of the smaller suppliers over here have been selling machines OS free for the last couple of years - it makes the initial price look interesting, then you need to add the normal €125 or so for Windows Vista, if you don't have your own or plan to use a free OS...
For advanced users, it means you get extra bang for your buck, but for the unwary it can be a painful experience.
