I demand they all dress like clowns.....
Wait, what do you mean I can't just demand stuff and expect to get it?

While I understand the desire to have all the minor parties in TV debates, it means people will hear less from the people who they're likely to vote for, diluting the point of the TV debate in the first place.

That's kind of the Greens point though isn't it. They're polling the same or better than the Lib Dems, they've already got at least 1 MP and control some councils as well. If the TV companies are going to give UKIP the oxygen of publicity and also the Lib Dems then the Greens have every right to be taken just as seriously, especially as they represent a more left-wing view, arguably, than the Labour Party these days and have actually demonstrated an ability to be elected unlike the more fringe left wing parties.
