Just managed to repair the power pins inside my laptop myself. Now I don't need to sit a heavy weight on the connector when it's plugged in to get the laptop to charge.

Er, within seconds of opening an eBay dispute (the seller didn't respond to any of my emails over a missing item), they just refunded me my money. eBay that is

Has it been improved since the original WP 8.1 update or have you only just started using it?

This is the first time it's been available in the UK so I've only just started using it

I've been reading that it has improved and shall continue to do so when windows 10 is released.

Sent from my big ass Sony Xperia Z Ultra tabphonelet, using Tapatalk 4.

I got it on my phone a couple of months ago when the 8.1 update was finally rolled out to my ATIV S. Haven't been tempted to use it though.

Play sent me £5 of points for Xmas, so I bought the Ladyhawke DVD as I'd never seen it before (it was on TV and looked good, but had the annoying ads).

For buying a Kindle book (a QI job), Amazon gave me a choice of a free book from a five-strong list - went for a Harry Bosch title (author's name escapes me even though he's quite well known. Connolly?). Dragon Tattoo was there, with other thrillers.

EDIT - I've a feeling Caz recommended him before.
