Top Gear: Time to reintroduce the family ban on Argentinian corned beef, I think.

It takes 31 people and a whole fleet of support vehicles to make three idiots in cars look like they are muddling through on their own. I really wish my parents would understand this, because they really do believe that they are there on their own, with possibly one bloke working the camera.

I'm consistently amazed by the fact people who don't like Top Gear think telling people who do like Top Gear that "It's all staged you know, none of it is real" will somehow make the people who do like Top Gear not like it any more. Like they'd feel somehow betrayed.

It's telly. Of course it's staged. I imagine some of it is impromptu and they make the most of that but the majority is planned the way any other telly programme is. All telly is a conceit, Top Gear just as much as the rest of it.

Most of the viewers know it, they just enjoy it anyway. So it doesn't matter.

Grimm - Speaking of which, this is sort of spinning it's wheels... it's all a lot of set-up just before it's break. It's still OK though, just a bit... dull somehow. I've one ore episode to go but at least a decent cliffhanger has already been suggested :)

Turns out I'd gotten mixed up with the episode numbers and I'm up to date.

Yes, yes it does, however not to the highs of S2.
That's not to say that S3 is worse, it just tried not to repeat what went on is S1 and 2.

Yeah, that's happened with Arrow too. I'm wondering where the hell they'll take the Flash there's been so much from the comics already.

Had to turn it off. Where did they find that twat. I've got a coffee grinder that sounds better than him. It's like [LIFTED] on a Picasso.

I think it's the drama he needs to tone down more than anything.

No, even the wife, who is far more forgiving than I, says he needs to work on his voice.
