I don't understand this. In my understanding copyright is with the person who took the photo, not the person in it.
As such he has no business stopping the copyright owner from putting the image where google bots can find and share it.
It shouldn't come under the right to be forgotten as it was a major news story.

I like the way this sleazeball tries to play it down as harmless roleplay.

Unless the photographer handed it (the copyright) over of course, which seems highly unlikely.
However I also don't imagine he (Mosely) signed a model release in any case and I certainly wasn't under the impression that the pictures were taken from a public vantage point either.
Not saying Mosely's right either but I didn't get the impression that was about copyright anyway. Mind you, by kicking off about it again he's likely to get another serious dose of the Streissand effect anyway.
