Boys between 15-17 would probably be better off not attending any form of education, being left to run in the wild and returning to society when they've mastered bathing daily, wearing clean clothes and appreciating the importance of time keeping.

Our French teacher was something similar, and clearly horny with it. Honestly, these days she'd have been sacked. Cleavage in your face, arse in the air, often no underwear and with a clear view...
