Yep. Even bigger now.
The bit I'm living on isn't on that photo, but the bit I'm working on is.

The one at the bottom is the new accommodation platform. The largest in the world. 552 single cabins.

What you can't see in that photo is the two massive jack up rigs that are here at the moment.

Folks, what are the door locks that household insurance companies always ask you if you have that, if you have them installed, help reduce the annual premiums on insurance renewal?

They're manufactured by a company called "just tell the insurance company what they want to hear", apparently they're impossible to pick. :D

Best way is to go on to moneysupermarket and fill out the online form. Use fake details in needed. At one point they ask about locks and show you photos of examples.

Also check different providers. We saved a fortune when we switched from Santander to Nationwide for the same cover.

Snowing again. Near blizzard conditions on the way to work, but the ground is so wet from all the rain yesterday that the snow isn't settling in most places, yet...

Damn. I wish they hadn't taken my mobile phone off me at the heliport. I've love to get a photo of the epic view from the canteen window.

This ^

I got insurance from Halifax a few years ago and didn't know (or certainly wasn't confident) that the locks met the required standard so I phoned them up to tell them and they put up my premium... by £2 for the entire year.

This year they wouldn't match better offers I had online so I switched to Aviva and when I asked them about door locks they said it didn't matter (provided the doors and windows could be locked).
