Had a letter from the school today inviting us to a secret assembly for Emily to recognise her achievements. It's deliberately quite vague at the moment so I don't have all the details but I can't help but be all :D :D :D :D :D

Great news on the result. Are they doing the operation as a keyhole?

Plan A is keyhole. Plan B is a big hole ;)

The wife had her right one out through keyhole, and it really does speed up recovery time. Hope it all goes well.

Amazon - my order says 'cannot give a delivery estimate', yet the item on searching for it today gives me Saturday's date... So I cancelled the original order and placed a new one!

Thanks.

It's not my perfect house but it's certainly fine as a starter home. Needs a bit of a clean although it's definitely been redecorated in the past 2 years. Need to start looking at furnishing the house. After buying a house and engagement ring, my wallet's taken a hit.

A hit? You think that's taking a hit? Haven't got kids, have you? ;)

Seriously though, congratulations on both counts. :D

This weekend. I never thought I'd go with cliches but I'm finding out I'm a sucker for them.
