Hmm, sounds like a perfect case for taking out an age discrimination case.

I'd never heard of Tinder until this article. We just get Paarship ads on TV.

Setting up dates in advance in holiday or business destinations? It sounds like it is more of a swingers app than a dating app...

Depends I'd have thought. Where are Tinder operating? Is it where their servers or head office are? You know what internet companies are like about jurisdiction, they claim to be whatever it is most advantageous for them to be at the time.
