US actor Harrison Ford has been injured in a small plane crash in Los Angeles.

The 72-year-old star of the Indiana Jones and Star Wars films reported engine failure and crash-landed his vintage plane on a Venice golf course.

Any landing you can walk away from is a good landing.

There's a joke about the Kessel Run in there somewhere.

I imagine the production team for the new Star Wars film had a bit of a worried time there.
Quick - finish filming all the stuff with the original cast in case any of them die.

Anywho, good he got out alive and it says some impressive stuff about his piloting as well me thinks.

Star Wars wrapped a while ago.

So... yeah. They'll be upset if he can't do the press.

Ridley Scott has him next for the Blade Runner sequel.
