Without wishing to sound insensitive, are you talking about your work or home life? Bought a few things from Amazon including a Kindle. I suspect they're using Yodel and the fecktards have said "Customer refused delivery" and returned it back to the warehouse. It's a surgery. It's open 0830-1830. There's always someone at reception and funnily enough everyone else (other than Yodel) have no problem with delivering it.
