4G slowing down as more users sign up, says Ofcom study

I only want 4G for the signal strength in buildings, which is supposed to be better. Speed wise, I'm happy with HPSA.

What do you mean you can't justify it? It is just there, assuming that your phone supports it...

Ah, okay. All contracts here nowadays are automatically 4G, it is just whether your phone supports it or not.
O2, Vodafone and T-Mobile and all of the MVNOs that I've seen all offer at least 4G 16mbps, if not 100mbps, you generally only have to pay extra (4€ a month) if you want 150mbps.

I don't know how it's played over here.with contracts, but I'm sure the companies get their arm in.
