First day back at work after being away for almost three weeks and everything in my room's been moved. Smells like the walls have been painted. I'm missing some stuff and I've spent the last half hour moving everything back to how it was before I left.

Moved into my new flat last Wednesday.

On the sign off as we were moving in we noticed the (fitted) fridge wasn't plugged in and there was no plug to plug it in to.

The agent said they'd sort it "immediately".

Thursday I realised that the dishwasher was also not plugged in. I let them know.

Since then I've heard [LIFTED] all. I emailed on Tuesday to ask what was going on and got a snotty reply.

Yesterday I emailed to say I've now discovered that the TV/Internet/phone line into the flat isn't working either.

No response.

This is now a joke. I can't buy any decent food as it just goes off as I have no fridge or freezer.

FFS, MS, sort out your spam filters! Things that I've blocked now come through, things that definitely should be blocked by them do the same

The thing that peeves me off about hotmail is when you go abroad, it has a fit about it and blocks access to your emails unless you jump through the hoops. Gmail and another private email account have had no problems.

You can configure Gmail to be secure like that as well.

Why are you using sh1temail?

Because it is good? I've been using it since its release (long before Microsoft bought it out). It went through a rough patch from ~2000 to 2006, but since then it has been pretty good. For me it is my longest running email address.

I think my GMail account has had 2 emails that weren't spam from Google.

Can't be that good if you can't access it when you go abroad :D

I have hotmail from when it first started but don't use it.

You'd have a case for not paying rent this month, there's a complaints body that you can go to, I can't remember the name of them but you can't be expected to live with no fridge.
