And there was a perfectly good episode of 'Catsdown' ruined by Joey Essex appearing... I can't stand to watch people take the piss out of him, my cringe reflex goes into overdrive!

Greg Berlanti Says Don't Expect 'Supergirl' To Crossover With 'The Flash' And 'Arrow'
http://sciencefiction.com/2015/05/20/gr ... ash-arrow/

It's not like it would be too much considering what Legends will be doing. The odd appearance even would be good for everyone involved. FFS, a recent Flash episode mentioned a massive presence in the DCU recently, and it's at least the second hint at it. I think Legends is their Guardians of the Galaxy; pull it off and they've proved themselves beyond doubt.

Came late to Breaking Bad - been watching it on Spike, and really liking it.

I've only just learned that Bryan Cranston (Walter White) was the dad in Malcolm in the Middle. I had not idea, but I thought he seemed familiar somehow.
I have never seen Malcolm in the Middle or Breaking Bad. *shrug*

I knew what the shows were, I'd just never seen them.
There's the difference. (8+p

Never Mind The Buzzcocks to end after 18 years http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-32889471

Didn't stand a chance when they started bouncing it round the schedules with crap guest hosts. It was brilliant with Rhod Gilbert. Amstell got dull quickly. It's demise has probably been hastened by the fact nobody remembers the names of new artists or songs any more ffs.

Idiots if that's true* - unless they're worried about the TV show version being better, which is where I'd put my money in that scenario.

*And WB really are greedy idiots. They've almost derailed every Bat-related project going this decade by interfering with the creative types' ideas to eke out a few more dollars.

Churchill was such a ballbag behind the scenes that I've never been able to watch anything about him for more than a few minutes or have any sympathy for him.
