It's not just Netflix either - some of those other proposed shows are potentially epic. A lot of that article is also what me and Oke were discussing before too!

Created by J. Michael Straczynski, Andy & Lana Wachowski.

By all accounts, it is TV that is designed to be binged watched - which plays perfectly with being produced by Netflix. The first few eps apparently are all about character development - and with 8 main characters (the clue is in the title) that's quite a lot of developing to do.

I can't find a good review for it on any of the, like, 20 sites I dip into; they're all saying the same thing, that it's more ponderous, confusing bollocks from the Wachowskis :(

I think PoI might have been the last time a 'concept' show worked for me, and that might be stretching the term.

Yeah, those descriptions really are awful, and the posters aren't any better!

Constantine: showrunner declares show 'over' | Den of Geek

It was a very good show, just couldn't get an audience and the initial clips were missing context and effects etc. Make sure you read the full article - Amell is fast becoming a geek legend. I just hope he has more reason than that for joining TMNT 2.

I can totally see why they went with that guy, but everything I've seen him in he basically plays the same character type and so I'm a bit bored with him. I'm sure they know what they're doing though - there wasn't a single casting misstep in Daredevil IMO.

New episodes of Continuum have appeared on Netflix. Huzzah.
Speaking of Netflix, Sense8 S1 was really rather good.
