You'd be needing something very specific and quickly for that to work out... or is it just a case of that costing less than buying it in London? Either way, asking for the driver to be tipped is taking the piss!

If you want something that badly but can't be arsed to go the shop and get it yourself, I think the premium (and the tip) is understandable.
