Ever get an entire run of individual items off the net that turn out to have problems?
Armani watch that RM destroyed the packaging of A t-shirt with worse stitching than Frankenstein's monster My mother asking for my credit card details only to go on to buy 'fat burning pills' (yeah, I'm fcuking raging and will be sorting the inevitable scam tomorrow)

I just call up the surgery and ask for a repeat and then go and pick it up an hour later or so - or send my wife or one of the daughters to pick it up.
ION, we bought a new bathroom cupboard last weekend. It was delivered to the shop middle of the week, but my wife forgot to pick it up on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (she drives past the shop every day), so I picked it up this morning.
Hmm, the instruction were wrong! To pin the back of the cabinet to the shelf to make it stable, you need to put 15 nails in at 674mm from the top. Measured 674mm, nail through back... Into thin air! Gah! Turned the cabinet over and measured the shelf, it is 690mm from the top!
Then one of the shelves was wrongly drilled and the hole didn't pass to the screw!
And two of the plastic wedges to stabalise the back were missing!
Then, when it came to hanging it on the wall, I measured it first, then look at the instructions, 2 hole 354mm apart, according to the destructions. I measured 340mm, drilled the holes at 340mm, passed perfectly.

I use Dragon Naturally Speaking for voice recognition to dictate my letters and have been doing so for the past two years without any problems. Until last week when it decided to have a hissy fit and my profile went missing. So I had to retrain the bloody thing, which is fine, except it's started playing up again.

Hmm, have they just brought out a new version? Time to upgrade? Cynical? Moi? Never!

Project I'm on now: - Was supposed to be two men testing for six weeks
- Has been me on my own for two weeks
- I still don't actually know what it is I'm testing or how to do it
- It's supposed to be due on Monday
- I've just been told I'm going to site tomorrow to show the customer

Great, another 2 meetings today, to discuss another meeting we have next week. It's what we call a "Pre-Meeting Meeting" - yes, apparently that is a thing now. As well as a "Post-Meeting Meeting". Sometimes I'm not even involved in "The Meeting", but I have to attend the "Pre-Meeting Meeting" and the "Post-Meeting Meeting". And the boss asks why I don't have the time to do the actual work. I usually have to stop working on the project to go into the "Pre-Meeting Meeting" to discuss my progress on the project - the irony of that is not lost on me!

A case of Coke cans has apparently detonated in the cupboard in my house. How that's even possible I don't know. Funnily enough my cnut of a father was nearby... I swear to fcuk, the last few weeks have been nothing but one sh1tty incident after another.
It's the sort of thing makes you believe in fate when so much minor sh1t goes wrong in such a short time.

In 9 months the car has had: Smashed windscreen £65 Loads of bulbs £50+ Thermostat £150 Air-con relay £170 4 new tyres £250 (fair enough wear and tear) but one immediately cut its sidewall so another was bought £65 Dint in nearside sill £450+ still not fixed yet Front brake pads £80 Puncture of another new tyre £12 Another smashed windscreen £65 I think there's something else I'm not remembering. It's not even an old car but it is French so......
