Then again, once upon a time, I could happily eat a large dominos pizza in one sitting.

Once upon a time I used to have two.

Which is why I'm not eating - the 20st barrier was approaching

Two? I used to eat a large pizza from a local place when I was a student but wouldn't have been able to eat anything else.

Yup - I was waaay out of control.

I'm starting to get a handle on it but it's still a problem. Essentially I'm having to treat sugar, junk food and meat in pretty much the same way as I had to deal with drink and drugs.

I'm eating grapes. Again. This seems to be turning into my regular lunch, at work.

Large milky bar buttons and popcorn. That's right, I'm at the Beeb... No, I'm waiting for Ant-Man to start.

Toast

'Cos there's so much to choose from.
There's brown bread, white bread,
All sorts of wholemeal bread;
It comes in funny packages
With writing on the side,
But it doesn't matter which one you have
'Cos when you cut the crusts off,
Have it with marmalade
Or butter, cheese, tomatoes, beans,
Banana
Or chocolate if you're strange,
It doesn't really matter.

Oh no, it all goes with toast,
Just toast.

A rather yummy roasted Pecan lattice.

I know it's bad for me, but I'm dying on my arse and I need the sugar, because I've been slogging almost non-stop since about 7am, and someone offered it to me, and they're probably my favourite naughty pastry...

...look, just ***off and stop judging me!

:P

Aren't you judging yourself? lol

I just had left over BBQ'd sausages, mash, gravy with onions and mushrooms. Stuffed now. Ops bang goes the Italy diet lol

McCoys Mexican Chilli crisps. First time I've tried them and I like them a lot. They've added significantly to my calorie count for the day but they were worth it!
