Disney Sues Over Edible Cake Frosting Featuring Marvel, Lucasfilm Characters - Hollywood Reporter

Or you could save a fortune in lawyers' fees, accept that it's global, and realise it's doing nothing but promoting your business for free. Fcuking idiots. They're losing money here no matter what they do, so why even start?

The characters are trademarked. If they don't sue when they are made aware, they lose the trademarks and anyone can make anything with the characters, including pr0n, new comics, new films etc. without having to get Disney's okay.

It's nonsense though, because it's not like they don't know of a hundred T-shirt shops doing the same thing who will continue to operate and make a fcuksight more money. Google makes a fortune in ads (sometimes the uploaders I'd imagine) on YouTube fan videos, yet nobody starts a court case over it. At worst they send a cease and desist letter. It's simply a lawyer grab as the article implies.

You're going to have to explain that for idiots like me.

  • Compare every record in 14MillionRecordTable against every record in #12MillionRecordTempTable
  • Select out every record in 14MillionRecordTable where that record's rowid value is greater than a BottomId AND less than /equal to a matching TopId
  • Write the selection to FilteredTable which is on disk

Not 100%, but as far as I can see it's comparing two massive sets of data in an extremely inefficient fashion.

Bought a bike light from Halfords for £29.99 (reduced from £39.99) and an hour later found it online for £11.99+3.95 delivery.

In fairness I needed it today not some day next week so it wouldn't have been an option but still.

Nope, you're going to have to dumb it down even further. What's the fail?

I'nm not quite sure what the point is either to be honest. I don't see how the first operation relates to the late ones.

Why would you expect to get anything for her birthday?* Also, I haven't been around much, but have you? If not, good to see you back.

* I know what you meant, but that comment was just screaming out for a sarcastic reply. Also, bugs don't grow from seeds. ;)

Game. Incorrectly charge a large number of people five times for a single item. Go on social media and profusely apologise. Then bill then two more times for the same item :D.
