I thought you had to take it with you and dispose of leaving no evidence? Maybe that's just me then?

Depends on whether or not you are trying to frame someone.

If it's 'clean' and you don't need it/can't be traced back to you, there's no need to get caught with it later.

Ah ha! Ping!

I think there would be more fun involved trying to dispose of the body ;)

Our internet keeps going off which means I have to keep resetting the router - my mother keeps asking me what I'm downloading, like it's my fault...

No joke, this must be the twentieth time she's done this, no matter how many times I've explained to her that Vermin Media are utterly spasticated and that I could be hacking into the Pentagon, it still wouldn't shut down the connection :x

2-step verification?

I understand it as a security option later if you want, but they're not getting it beforehand. It was portrayed as making sure you weren't a bot. Also, it has to be a mobile number, which is plainly ridiculous. I know a few older people who don't own one but still use email and Facebook to keep in touch, for instance.

Went with Outlook. Even MS managed to be less creepy. I first encountered it with Gmail when it would ask for your mobile number in a manner that made it look like you now couldn't continue to your emails without it, when in very small writing they had 'no thanks' or something similar as a 'next' button.

I believe they send a verification SMS with a code to activate the account.

Start pre-heating oven for pizza and sit down in my room after one hour commute home, 10 minutes later, after housemate gets in, he turns the oven off and criticises me for wasting electricity.

Now, when I do pizzas I ignore the instructions, pre-heat the oven to full heat, put pizza in for 5 minutes, then eat perfectly golden and crispy pizza (pizza ovens are not known for being cold, and I don't like the somehow soggy AND burnt mess you get from following the instructions). I'm pretty sure the red light hadn't even gone off . And now he's [LIFTED] off to his gf again.. I mean that's the entirety of me seeing him today and he pissed me off. I said he was for some reason acting like a dickhead.

Harsh?

I've never know an oven pizza instruction to start with "Place pizza in stone cold oven and wait for an age until it's luke warm. Eat, wallow in disappointment and possible food poisoning."
You always pre-heat the oven for pizza.
The chap's a fool, you sir, are not.

Agreed, always warm the oven first, until the light goes out (or until just before). Your flat mate is a tool.

The frozen Chicago Town pizzas with rising dough crust instruct you to start with a cold oven IIRC

TBH with pretty much any oven based food, I will preheat the oven. What a d***wad.
