Awesome for Prime members at least.
Is this show worth my time?

Mark

Did I forget to tell you about Mr Robot?

Finished Suits season 4 - bit of a letdown tbh. For everything this season built towards, it was all wrapped up with unseemly haste and felt like a bit of a rip-off. I've still got season 5 to watch.

S5 is brilliant

Gah, the trailer on iPlayer threw me, I thought it had started somehow

Wasn't blown away by the first episode, but I'll try the next one. If I remember.

Apparently Arrow is coming to Netflix this month.
I don't yet know if this is Netflix US or UK or any other territory, so I'll report back when I know more.

I think I saw the first six eps of Arrow S1, then I kinda gave up because I couldn't really have cared less for any of the characters.
I know people have said that the show improved vastly after S1 Ep10, but I just never got there.
Perhaps I'll give it another go if it appears for Netflix over here.

I had to go back to it as well, very glad that I did. IIRC, the first two episodes are duff then it steadily increases quality-wise. I explained that to a girl in work and now she's an Arrow addict. BTW, it'll be worth it just to watch The Flash (crossovers ahoy). Assuming you haven't already. If you think of what Smallville did, Arrow does the same thing with less longing looks and more action. In other words it's 50% soap, 50% really good movie trailer :)

Apparently only US Netflix viewers get it on that service.
It airs on Sky over here, and Sky and Netflix don't really get along, so no chance of it ending up on the streaming service overe here, I guess Sky has it's own online streaming of the shows it has?

Not sure, but seasons one and two are on Prime if you have it.

Nope.
No matter, I'll just keep on letting it pass me by until there's nothing good on TV any more and maybe it'll be on cheap DVDs somewhere by then.

I saw about half an episode of the last series ... so spoiler alert!!!
It seems that some criminal who looks a lot like Vinnie Jones manages to take over a city, and I think the mayor of that city went on TV to tell everyone to put up with this. And then neither state nor federal authorities stepped in - they left that to some unholy alliance between teenage superhero wannabes and an evil Samurai. Meanwhile the actual arrow guy was off somewhere gazing at his navel. Somehow I was able to stop watching that.

Seriously, I really think it was Vinnie Jones.

It's like Captain America, Batman and Superman all rolled in to one.

There was some grade A subtle editing going on at the end of HIGNFY tonight.
Hope they put it in in the extended version.
